Contents [hide]  Shock  Definition- Systemic hypoperfusion owing to reduction in either cardiac output or in the effective circulating blood volume. Shock- clinical features Hypotension Tachycardia Cold clammy skin Rapid shallow respiration. Drowsiness.  confusion, irritability Multi organ failure.
